El Diablo

As I recently stated: I am not big friend of currants. But luckily there are some exceptions:

Although in the El Diablo the Crème de Cassis stands isolated from other berries (which I surprisingly love) I really enjoy this drink! It has the earthy notes of the tequila, the fresh sweetness of the ginger ale and the tangy acid of the lime. Use a 100% agave tequila to be on the safe side.
